 Cancellation of your WCCICC 2025 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at contact@wccicc2025.com clearly stating your registartion number in the subject line.
The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.
Cancellations upto 30th June 2025: 20% + GST deducted
Cancellations done upto 31st August 2025: 50% + GST deducted
Cancellations done post 1st September 2025: No Refund
All refunds will be provided post 6 weeks of the completion of the conference
Time stamp of the email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
